We Believe in Privacy

Privacy is not a privilege. It is a fundamental human right. In a world where every message, every click, every thought shared online is tracked, analyzed, and stored forever, we have forgotten what true privacy means. We built blockmsg because we believe you should be able to speak freely without surveillance, without fear, and without your words being used against you.

Your Words Should Be Yours

Every message you send belongs to you and the person you’re speaking to. No one else. Not the company running the app. Not the government demanding access. Not the advertisers buying your data. Not the hackers breaching their servers. When you tell a friend something in confidence, that conversation should stay between you. Forever.

Technology Should Protect, Not Exploit

The internet was built on the promise of freedom. Somewhere along the way, it became a tool for surveillance. Every major platform profits from your data. They read your messages to “improve their services.” They store your conversations on servers they control. They can be hacked. They can be subpoenaed. They can change their terms whenever they want. We reject this model. blockmsg uses cryptography, not policy, to protect you. We don’t ask you to trust us. We built a system where trust is not required.

What We Stand For

Privacy by design, not by promise. Your messages are encrypted before they leave your device. We cannot read them. We have no keys. We have no servers storing your data. Not because we choose not to, but because we mathematically cannot. No identity, no problem. You don’t need to give us your phone number, your email, or your name. Your wallet is your identity. Anonymous by default. Censorship is impossible. No one can ban your account. No one can delete your messages. No one can stop you from communicating with anyone, anywhere. Code is law. Everything is open source. Everything is verifiable. Don’t trust us. Read the code.

Why This Matters

In many parts of the world, speaking freely can cost you your job, your freedom, or your life. Journalists protecting sources. Activists organizing change. Citizens questioning authority. Individuals with unpopular opinions. People simply having private conversations. All of them deserve a way to communicate that cannot be monitored, manipulated, or silenced. That is why blockmsg exists.

We imagine a world where:

• Private conversations are truly private
• Data breaches don’t expose your secrets because there are no secrets stored
• No company can sell your words to advertisers
• No government can demand your chat history
• Speaking your mind carries no risk

This is not utopia. This is cryptography.
